Hello! I'm Sean, and I'm a professional Game Master serving the seattle metropolitan area.

It’s an amazing time for long-time RPG fans like myself - who remember only a few folks in my hometown playing these games - now watching the wonder and excitement of thousands of new players finding their own adventures for the first time! Carpe DM is here to cultivate that wonder.

You can also find me writing for the DM’s Guild and with Quill & Cauldron. Take a look at their last release, Ulruant’s Guide to the Planes: Acheron and my free winter fey horror adventure Salt in the Wound.

I’d like you to meet our party members…

Ayla wren wallace

Ayla Wren Wallace is a Seattle-based story-teller, teaching artist, and grad student! She is particularly interested in the potential of games to unlock play for those of us who may have forgotten the magic of imagination that seemed to come so easily in childhood. She is excited to work with new and seasoned TTRPG-ers to bring fantasy to life. Ayla works to create enough structure to allow her players to explore and play with confidence, guiding collaboration through gentle direction and enticing offers to dive deeper.
